I saw it last night for the first time. Best movie ever! Especially ridiculous for 1968. Thoughts?

I saw it for the first time very recently as well... In terms of scope it's a masterpiece...but I found it a little tedious at times though. So many very, very slow scenes that I'm sure were there to show off the dope ass special effects, which would have blown my mind at the time I'm sure.

Good as, but I got bored a lot. I probably watched it wrong.

Perhaps you could try turning it up to eleven next time bro?

True that - I think when I saw it my brain was in the ideal viewing mode (and it was on a projector) so everything about it was perfect!
